Ahmed Reda Tagnaouti is Morocco’s 192 cm goalkeeper at AS FAR, signed in July 2025 after Wydad, Maghreb de Fès and Moghreb Tétouan, and a CAF Champions League runner-up in 2025–26.

Career

He won four Botola titles and the 2021–22 CAF Champions League with Wydad, then left in 2023 after a long knee layoff. Stints at Maghreb de Fès and Moghreb Tétouan followed before AS FAR signed him on 14 July 2025 to a deal running to 30 June 2027 (Transfermarkt).

Wikipedia lists two league appearances in his first FAR season and a CAF Champions League runner-up medal in 2025–26. BeSoccer has him starting FAR’s spring Botola run, including 90 minutes in the 2–1 win over RCA on 30 April 2026.

How they play

A tall, right-footed shot-stopper who commands the box; at Wydad he was the regular in CAF nights, at FAR he rotates but started the 2025–26 African run.

Where they are now

FotMob still lists him at FAR Rabat. He was an unused substitute in Morocco’s 2026 World Cup group games against Scotland, Haiti and the Netherlands.
