A Bayern academy player born in Munich on 3 May 2004, Pavlović signed professionally through 2027 and later extended; Transfermarkt lists a deal to 30 June 2029 after a 16 June 2024 extension.

He has 64 senior Bayern appearances and six goals. In the 2025-26 double-winning season he made 24 Bundesliga appearances (16 starts) with three goals, including a half-volley in a 3–2 home win over Eintracht Frankfurt on Matchday 23.

Germany debut 3 June 2024; 14 caps and one international goal as of 28 June 2026. Bundesliga.com (8 June 2026) said he had played a key World Cup midfield role for Nagelsmann.
