Career
He came through Rize and Ankara Demirspor, then Keçiörengücü, and joined Galatasaray on 9 July 2021. A contract extension on 4 May 2023 runs into 2026–27, with later reporting putting him under contract into 2028.
He won the 2022–23 Süper Lig title and has become a Champions League performer: his first goal in the competition came against Juventus on 25 February 2026, in a 3–2 defeat that Galatasaray still won 7–5 on aggregate.

A 6 ft 1 in, right-footed winger who can play on either flank or as a wide striker; Galatasaray use him as a starter in the league and in Europe.
Where they are now
He started Galatasaray's first two 2026–27 Süper Lig matches, including a 4–0 win at Erzurumspor on 21 August. Milliyet reported Everton and Tottenham verbal offers near €40 million on 20 August; he has not left.

Defining moments
A first Champions League goal against Juventus2026
On 25 February 2026 he scored in a 3–2 home defeat to Juventus. Galatasaray still went through 7–5 on aggregate. He later scored a penalty in a 3–0 derby win over Fenerbahçe on 26 April.
Staying while England calls2026
Süper Lig form and a World Cup summer with Turkey brought Premier League interest. As of 25 August he was still starting for Galatasaray, with the club publicly unwilling to sell cheaply.
