Career
Torres entered Valencia’s youth system at seven and made his La Liga debut against Eibar on 16 December 2017. Barcelona’s career introduction identifies that appearance as the competition’s first by a player born in the twenty-first century.
Barcelona agreed his transfer from Manchester City in December 2021 and presented him at Camp Nou in January 2022. In his second Barcelona appearance, he scored against Athletic Club in the Copa del Rey.
How they play
Barcelona describes an attacker who can play on either flank or through the middle. His movement away from defenders and positioning in the penalty area complement his finishing.
