Career
Behich signed a two-year deal to return to Melbourne City on 6 August 2023 after parting with Dundee United, nine years after he had last left the club for Europe.
On 31 January 2024, while on Asian Cup duty with Australia, he joined Al-Nassr on loan for the rest of 2023–24, then returned to City.
He was appointed Melbourne City captain at the start of the 2024–25 season and was named in Australia's 26-man 2026 World Cup squad on 31 May 2026.
